Home, School, and Co-op/Church: A Unified Approach to Education
Home
As a parent, your role in your child’s education is indispensable. Homeschooling empowers parents to select curricula that align with their children’s needs, fostering a home environment where Christ-centered education flourishes alongside cultivating family values, respect, and love. The home environment provides the child with personalized education, allowing them the opportunity to reach their highest academic potential. It establishes a foundation for spiritual grounding while enriching their talents. It develops character to thrive through life’s challenges and creates an atmosphere of heaven. The home allows students to excel, flourish, and learn in different styles and at their own pace
School
Provides socialization, structure, academics, and extracurricular activities, all guided to benefit the homeschooled family and nurture the homeschool education. The school allows them to expand their view of education and learning broadly. It allows the students to experience community, belonging, acceptance, and responsibility while experiencing the love of Jesus.
It is the center of the homeschool family. Worship, talents, participation, service, and leadership are all acquired and displayed here. The homeschooled family loves and is involved in church, which is one of the strongest components of a healthy homeschool lifestyle. Church activities such as Sabbath School, Adventurers, and Pathfinders allow the student to have a real experience with Jesus.
